Hi, I’m Sian and I’ve been coaching CrossFit for over 5 years. I’m passionate about helping people improve their health, fitness & wellbeing. I believe in keeping standards high whilst making training fun – I think people should walk away from the gym feeling that they’ve had the best hour of their day. It’s a privilege as a coach to help people of all ages work towards their goals – whether it’s sports specific training, improving general fitness or returning from injury. I can’t wait to meet you!
