Our Intro to CrossFit (small group session) is a one-hour foundation class with only 6 participants. The class will cover some of CrossFit’s fundamental movements, techniques and “What is CrossFit”. The session will also include time for you to ask the coach any questions you may have.
We have a duty as coaches to ensure all members training at CrossFit Didsbury know how to execute movements correctly and safely, and we accomplish this in our intro to CrossFit session. All new members must take part in the intro session before taking part in the main classes. If you would prefer to do a 121 intro session, please email email@example.com
