On-Ramp Course

Held at Didsbury’s brand new, strength & conditioning facility CrossFit Didsbury


The CrossFit Didsbury membership includes three x 1-hour On-Ramp sessions, Unlimited CrossFit sessions, Unlimited Skill sessions (Open Gym), Full Access to RxGym and RxGym On-Demand workout videos.

New to CrossFit? Our CrossFit On-Ramp course is where you’ll start. Try out a CrossFit class that is achievable and scaled to your ability and ask any questions you may have. The On-Ramp course will give you the opportunity to spend dedicated time with a highly experienced coach within a small group setting. All CrossFit sessions are tailored to your fitness level and ability. We will teach you “what CrossFit is” through achievable movements, new skills and proper technique.

The sessions will cover a specific warm up, some of CrossFit’s foundation movements and a WOD (workout of the day). The On-Ramp sessions also teach you the language of CrossFit, meaning all the acronyms, the benchmark workouts, and the significance of hero WODs.

Stage 1: Sign up to the CrossFit Didsbury Membership.

Stage 2: Download the RxGym app and book in for your first On-ramp session.

Stage 3: Book in for your first CrossFit class via the RxGym app and your transformation will begin.
