The Free intro session will consist of a friendly conversation with one of our highly experienced coaches to discuss your goals and how you can achieve the results you desire (just like so many of our other clients). The FREE INTRO session will also consist of a small presentation on “What CrossFit is” and a FREE Intro to CrossFit Workout.

The FREE INTRO to CrossFit workout is designed to be fun, achievable, and scaled to your ability and you will learn some fundamental CrossFit movements. The INTRO session will give you the opportunity to spend dedicated time with a highly experienced CrossFit coach within a small group setting and you can ask any questions you may have. All CrossFit sessions are tailored to your fitness level and ability.
