Mel Brzezinka

My love of fitness started whilst I was in the Army when I trained to be a PTI in the Royal Signals. I have also competed in CrossFit, Weightlifting, Strong Man and Power Lifting over the last 8 years.  I have a wealth of experience and knowledge to share. I’ve held my CrossFit level 1 Trainers Qualification since 2013 and regularly coach CrossFit classes here at RX Box.

Having trained during my own pregnancy and post-partum recovery I have a real passion for helping busy Mums get back into the gym and gain confidence again.

My Training ethos is all about empowerment and fitness for life, if you want to get strong have fun and challenge yourself then my programmes will be for you.
