Our Kids class is designed to excite your child about fitness, help them to develop a lifelong love of fitness and meet new friends. During our class your child will learn safe functional movements in a group setting with the emphasis on having fun. They will learn some basic mechanics like run, jump, throw, swing, catch and much more. We will take them though a learning process on how fitness can be fun, inclusive and broad in addition to setting them up for any sporting endeavours they want to chase in the future.
Ages 3-8 on Sundays 9:00am to 9:40am (£6.50 per child). Members book in via he gym app. Rx Teen coming soon.Parking: Please park at RxGym or on Nell Lane.
