Rx Kids is a strength and conditioning program that is specifically designed for kids and teenagers to help them to develop a lifelong love of fitness.
Our Rx Kids classes are designed to excite your kids about fitness, friendship and fun. During our classes your kids will learn functional movements in a group setting with the emphasis on fun and in a safe movement. The will learn some basic mechanics like run, jump, throw, swing, catch and much more.
We will take them though a learning process on how fitness can be fun, inclusive and broad in addition to setting them up for any sporting endeavours they want to chase in the future.

Rx Kids membership is £24 per month – No-Contract on a rolling monthly membership. Alternatively we have a drop-in fee option £7 per session.

Once you have individually signed them up you will need to book them in for each class each week via the gym app or desktop.
Parking: Please park at RxGym or on Nell Lane (anytime at the weekend). Limited parking is available out side EPG Services next to the box so please use that as a last resort.
