Jane Holgate

Jane Holgate – is both an experienced Personal Trainer and CrossFit Coach.

As a PT Jane has enjoyed success working with clients whose goals include weight loss, strength and conditioning, specific skills and general health and fitness improvements. Jane has also developed successful training programmes for adults aged 40 plus. Jane has a list of success stories from client’s.

Jane also runs the CrossFit Kids and CrossFit Teens classes at RX Box.

Jane has been an active CrossFitter since 2007 and has competed at Masters Level at Olympic Weightlifting, Indoor Rowing as well as many CrossFit competitions, and is also one of the organisers of Raising the Bar, the top masters competition in the UK, and runs the RTB Masters Fitness League.

  • Level 3 Diploma in Fitness Instructing and Personal Training
  • CrossFit Level 1 Trainer
  • CrossFit level 2 trainer
  • CrossFit Olympic Weightlifting Certificate
  • CrossFit Kids Certificate
  • Extreme Kettlebell Instructor
